To begin the registration process, please enter your e-mail twice below and click submit. (Please take care to ensure that your email address is correct or you may not receive important information regarding the conference.) If you are a conference presenter, please be prepared to confirm your attendance and answer a series a questions regarding your presentation. Please note, however, that you must use the same e-mail address used to submit the proposal. (If there is more than one author of the presentation, the non-submitting authors will need to register as attendees, but only the submitting author will see the presentation registration screen.)
